Warranty Service Request Form

Requests for service must be made specifically for defects in the home that are covered under the Tarion Home Warranty Program. For more information, please refer to your Home Owner Manual / Warranty Policies.

Please note that the Paradise Client Care team makes service calls are made from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. In the event of an emergency, refer to the emergency contact numbers provided by your Customer Care Team or refer to Page 20 of your Tarion Guide "Homeowner Information Package”.
