Now that the snow’s finally melted, and last year’s dead leaves raked up, our yards are looking more and more like blank canvasses. This year, we’ve noticed a couple of new trends we can’t wait to try out.
The final phase of Aurora Trails is being released on June 6 & 7! We’ve had such an overwhelming response to our first phases that we’re anticipating a huge turnout for our final launch – so make sure you’re registered! This community features towns, semis and detached homes – but that’s only half of the reason we’re so proud of Aurora Trails! This master-planned community truly embraces Aurora’s natural beauty, creating a perfect balance between convenience and nature.
Upper Mount Pleasant is moving along faster than ever! We’ve been thrilled with the overwhelming response we’ve gotten from all of you – our Grand Opening a couple of weeks back was a huge success and we’ve been making progress steadily since then.
While we’ve been launching new community phases in Brampton and Aurora, we’ve still been hard at work in Unionville’s The New U. This community is almost sold out – only one unsold lot remains! As this is our first Unionville community, we’re so excited that it’s been so well received. We can’t wait to get our newest community members moving in – and as this project is moving right on schedule, it won’t be long now!
