Paradise Developments has been in the business of creating homes for families for decades now, but it’s more than just a home that we create – it’s a community. This spring has been an exciting one for us, as we’ve seen new releases at both our CityTowns and Upper Mount Pleasant locations. We’re adding to that excitement with the new release of lots at our Kleinburg development.
One of our favourite events is right around the corner and we couldn’t be more excited! The 3rd annual Heart of Fashion gala is almost here and we’re lucky to be a part of this amazing cause as one of its key sponsors. Each year, North York General Hospital invites over 500 of Toronto’s top socialites and philanthropists to come together at Heart of Fashion and raise money for a different wing in the hospital. This year, we’re happy to announce that proceeds from the event will be going to the construction of a new, full-service, state-of-the-art Interventional Radiology Suite at North York General Hospital!
On Saturday May 7th, we’ll be releasing an entirely new batch of our (extremely popular) semis and detached homes at Upper Mount Pleasant – our 38’, 41’, and 45’ singles.
We’d like to formally introduce you to one of our proudest accomplishments: our beautiful Design Studio! This space showcases all the features and finishes we offer for your home and allows you to really take a look at all your choices to ensure your home is built exactly how you want it to be built.
The chilly spring weather here in Southern Ontario has us dreaming of warmer places, and spaces! If you and your kids are already missing the heat from your trip down south at March Break, don’t worry, because there are a few other ways you can bring that sunny feeling back into your family’s life – right in your own home.
