Spring has sprung and we’re pretty excited to share some updates with you! We’ve been busy working away on multiple projects across different cities. From Brampton to Aurora to Kleinburg, there’s no shortage of things happening here from our communities to our Design Studio. Let’s take a look at our latest updates!
Here’s what has been going on:
This year’s warm winter has been amazing for all of our sites, but the most staggering transformation might be at Brampton’s Upper Mount Pleasant. This community has been in progress for quite some time, and our last construction update was in November. Above, is a shot of what this community looked like only three months ago.
It’s been well over a year since we started updating you on our progress at Aurora Trails, a landmark master-planned community that we’re now thrilled to be putting finishing touches on.

There’s tons to be excited about here, from the family-friendly community to the breathtaking natural ammenities.
