Summer’s quickly drawing to a close, and we have to say, it seems like it goes a bit faster every year. With most Ontarian kids heading back to school on September 8, you’ve got 2 weeks left to make the most of their free time. It’s been a few months since we updated you on the construction progress at Aurora Trails, one of our most popular communities and our first in this amazing area. This community holds tons of natural amenities, proximity to city services, and huge lots for years of great summers spent in the backyard.
Upper Mount Pleasant is our newest project in Brampton, and one of our buzziest builds to date. With detatched, semi-detatched and towns available, this community has something for everyone in an amazing location. As Brampton grows, we’re betting the amenities and transit options at Upper Mount Pleasant are only going to get better. Now that we’re well into the summer season, we’re making progress on all our under-construction developments! The last time we checked in, we’d finished Phase 1 and were breaking ground on Phase 2. There was still snow on the ground!
