Spring has sprung and we\u2019re pretty excited to share some updates with you! We\u2019ve been busy working away on multiple projects across different cities. From Brampton to Aurora to Kleinburg, there\u2019s no shortage of things happening here from our communities to our Design Studio. Let\u2019s take a look at our latest updates!<\/span><\/p>\n

Here\u2019s what has been going on:<\/span><\/p>\n

CityTowns<\/b><\/p>\n

Over in Brampton, CityTowns is coming along. We\u2019ve started digging foundations at the site, which is conveniently located just off of Chinguacousy Road. The closing dates for the new units are set for February-May 2017 and these homes are starting in the low $400s. We\u2019ll be releasing the remaining units on April 2 so be sure to act fast if you\u2019re interested – this is one of our most popular locations! Upper Mount Pleasant <\/b><\/p>\n

Upper Mount Pleasant is currently making a splash in Brampton in its third phase. A brand new release of lots will be coming up in May – and we\u2019ll have our popular semi-detached homes available! Be sure to pay our sales office a visit- there\u2019s a fully furnished model home attached to it so you\u2019ll be able to get the look and feel of our homes at Upper Mount Pleasant.<\/span><\/p>\n

Impressions in the Village of Kleinburg<\/b><\/p>\n

Good news over here! The most recent phase of Impressions has wrapped up with construction. Once the first week of May hits, we\u2019re planning on starting to excavate and pour out foundations for the new phase. We\u2019re also excited that there\u2019s the potential for more townhomes to be released as soon as next spring. Stay tuned because there\u2019s lots happening in Kleinburg!<\/p>\n

Design Centre <\/b><\/p>\n

Our Design Studio has been so busy! We\u2019re glad to see the space bustling 7 days a week. Our design consultants are always working with purchasers to help them select all of the finishing touches that will make their house their home. The Design Studio is currently working on Upper Mount Pleasant, Kleinburg, and Aurora homes. We\u2019re eagerly awaiting the release of CityTowns so the studio can get to work on those as well!
