Welcome back to our Upper Mount Pleasant construction site! This community has made tons of progress in the last year, and we’re so excited to be sharing this instalment with you. When we started documenting this phase, there was still snow on the ground and a chill in the air. Things were looking pretty flat:

And since then, things have really taken shape. Right now, we’re in the final framing stages\u00a0on all our homes!<\/p>\n

Here, you can take a closer look at what internal framing looks like, including the placing of doorways and staircases. This is the bones of the whole home, and a crucial step in the building process.

And above, you see a home that’s a little further down the line. On this one, bricking and shingles are both well underway! One day, these homes will go from bare bones to completion, when they’ll look like this:<\/p>\n

We can’t believe it’s already been so many months since the overwhelming turnout at our launch event<\/a>! With everything from schools to transit to natural amenities directly surrounding this master-planned community, it’s no wonder this has been one of our most hotly anticipated communities ever.<\/p>\n

We’re only at the tip of the iceberg in this phase of Upper Mount Pleasant<\/strong>. We want to thank everyone who’s chosen to be a part of this community so far!
