While we’ve been launching new community phases in Brampton and Aurora, we’ve still been hard at work in Unionville’s The New U. This community is almost sold out – only one unsold lot remains<\/a>! As this is our first Unionville community, we’re so excited that it’s been so well received. We can’t wait to get our newest community members moving in – and as this project is moving right on schedule, it won’t be long now!<\/p>\n

In our last update<\/a>, you saw us putting the finishing touches on Phase 1 and breaking ground on Phase II. Snow was still on the ground! Since the spring thaw has helped us work faster, we’ve been making lots of progress.<\/p>\n

Above, you can see a few poured foundations. All the Phase II homes are now poured! Currently, we’re working on framing. Brick will start going up next week.\u00a0Bricking is particularly exciting, because you can really begin to see how the community will look when it’s done.<\/p>\n

By the third week of May, we’ll be starting framewalks – the first opportunity buyers have to check out the construction site on a guided tour. Is your framewalk scheduled?<\/p>\n

Above, you can see a home in the beginning stages of foundation pouring. In a few weeks, they’ll look like the bottom photo – still a while to go, but well on their way to welcoming new owners on completion day.<\/p>\n
