Here\u2019s some tips to kick off an exciting new year with some incredible new experiences.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Let\u2019s be Realistic&nbsp;<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We love to dream big but keeping goals and expectations realistic will keep you on track. Keep it real and your experiences will be endless.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Put Yourself First&nbsp;<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Put yourself at the top of the list this year. Selfcare allows for self reflection and striving to reach your own goals. Focus on what you really want!&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Commit to New Things<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.success.com\/videos\/youtube\/ted-talks-try-something-new-for-30-days\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Commit to doing something new<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> this year- something you\u2019ve wanted to do for years but have never done. From exercising 30 minutes a day, <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.success.com\/article\/the-new-secrets-of-perfect-sleep\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">getting eight hours of sleep<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, meditating for 20 minutes, or reading a self-help book- the possibilities are endless.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Schedule Family Time&nbsp;<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Devote yourself to family time this year. From game nights to ice cream trips, family time is the best time. It\u2019s hard to make the time sometimes but let\u2019s make it a priority this year!&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fostering Success<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are extremely influenced by the people and things around us.
