From finding new sites to create communities to putting the finishing touches on our existing projects, and making progress on everything in between, we\u2019ve been hard at work. Here\u2019s an update on our current projects &#8211; plus, we\u2019re having inventory sales on a bunch of our communities!<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><b><a href=\"http:\/\/paradisedevelopments.com\/pages\/upper-mount-pleasant\/index.html\">Upper Mount Pleasant &#8211; Brampton<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Upper Mount Pleasant is a new master-planned community with plenty of woods and wildlife to balance the urban amenities in it\u2019s proximity. See all it\u2019s features <a href=\"http:\/\/paradisedevelopments.com\/pages\/upper-mount-pleasant\/index.html\">here.<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>We\u2019re having an inventory sale!<\/b> We have limited Phase I units still available. Starting January 31, these units will be on sale &#8211; so contact us for an appointment, because they\u2019ll go fast!<\/li>\n<li>We\u2019re also breaking ground on 150 new lots starting March 28. This phase will be on sale the second week of February, so contact us for an appointment and ensure the largest selection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><a href=\"http:\/\/paradisedevelopments.com\/pages\/impressions\/index.html\">Impressions In The Village Of Kleinburg<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Impressions is a 200-acre community in situated in Kleinburg\u2019s natural beauty. Things are really moving along on this project!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We finished Phase 1 &#8211; and we\u2019re having an inventory sale to cap it off. Starting February 7, <b>select remaining Phase 1 models will be on sale<\/b> &#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/paradisedevelopments.com\/pages\/impressions\/register.html\">book an appointment<\/a> to find out if we have one that\u2019s right for you!<\/li>\n<li>Also on February 7, we\u2019ll be releasing Phase II for sale.
