It\u2019s been a big couple of months for our team! We\u2019ve been working away on a number of different projects across the GTA to create some of the best communities for you and your family to live in and enjoy. Here at Paradise we like to keep our purchasers (and prospective purchasers) in the loop on what\u2019s going on at their future home, so here it is – our latest construction update! <\/span><\/p>\n

Kleinburg<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n

\"KB<\/p>\n

Things are well underway over at the construction site for Impressions in the Village of Kleinburg. Our construction team has been excavating, pouring footings, pouring walls, and have also started framing a few of the lots there. Soon they\u2019ll be installing windows, stairs, and roughing in mechanicals, which will be followed by brick laying. So exciting! Things are really coming together at the site.<\/span><\/p>\n

Aurora Trails<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n

The progress at Aurora has been truly amazing. All of the houses in Phase 1 are now closed, and in Phase 2 we just started pre-sewer – that kicked off at the end of May.<\/span><\/p>\n

Upper Mount Pleasant<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n

One of our two Brampton communities that are currently on the go is Upper Mount Pleasant. Here, we have been working away excavating, pouring footings and walls, and we\u2019ve started framing a few of the lots. Big things to come at this community over the course of the summer – can\u2019t wait!<\/span><\/p>\n

CityTowns<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n

Our other Brampton-based project is at\u00a0Chinguacousy and Steeles, and has seen some amazing progress over the last little while. Right now, we\u2019re at the foundation walls and are at the stage where we\u2019re pouring porches and basements. Great work being done over there.
