While we’ve been launching new community phases in Brampton and Aurora, we’ve still been hard at work in Unionville’s The New U. This community is almost sold out – only one unsold lot remains! As this is our first Unionville community, we’re so excited that it’s been so well received. We can’t wait to get our newest community members moving in – and as this project is moving right on schedule, it won’t be long now!
Save the date! We’re hosting a preview opening for Brampton’s Upper Mount Pleasant. This master-planned community of townhomes, semis and detatched will be available to tour on Saturday, April 17th and Sunday, April 18th.
We’ve been busy building Markham’s newest – and best, although we may be biased – community since the last time we checked in! You might remember that we broke ground on Phase II last month, and though it’s still pretty cold out, we’re making awesome progress there. While that happened, we put finishing touches on Phase I! Exteriors are now completely finished. Check them out below. Do you see yours?
It’s been a busy couple of weeks for everyone involved in Upper Mount Pleasant! New community members are moving into their phase I build, and we’re so excited with all the awesome feedback we’ve been getting. It’s hard to believe we’re already a month into 2015 – but time flies when you’re busy, and at Paradise, we always have a ton on the go.
