Upper Mount Pleasant is moving along faster than ever! We’ve been thrilled with the overwhelming response we’ve gotten from all of you – our Grand Opening a couple of weeks back was a huge success and we’ve been making progress steadily since then.

The New U is our development located in beautiful Unionville. Unionville is the most picturesque and historically rich part of Markham. The New U was designed to let residents enjoy this amazing town with the features, finishes and peace-of-mind a new home gives. Here’s our progress so far – as you can see, we’ve broken ground on final lots, as well as finished framing and started masonry work.
