While we’ve been launching new community phases in Brampton and Aurora, we’ve still been hard at work in Unionville’s The New U. This community is almost sold out – only one unsold lot remains! As this is our first Unionville community, we’re so excited that it’s been so well received. We can’t wait to get our newest community members moving in – and as this project is moving right on schedule, it won’t be long now!

The world-class work they do every day is truly staggering, and being able to help them do it is an incredible privilege.
Both of Paradise’s founding families have long been based in North York, and so we’ve watched North York General go from a suburban hospital to regional health centre that serves over 400,000 people per year. North York now performs world-class patient centered care and innovative new techniques, making it one of the most in-demand treatment facilities in the country.
The 35th Annual Bild Awards are here again, and we’re thrilled to announce Paradise is nominated for four awards! The BILD Awards honour Toronto’s biggest and best real estate developers, a group we’re extremely proud to be a part of.
