As many of you already know, giving back to the communities we build in is a huge part of what we do. One of the initiatives we’re most proud of is the Wellspring Chinguacousy cancer support centre in Brampton – we donated land that’s just a short drive away from our Upper Mount Pleasant project, so that Wellspring could expand and build one of their centres there.

How clean is the air inside your home? It’s a question we don’t really think about, and something we would assume would already be clean. With the amount of toxins in the air due to pollution, it is hard to control what we breathe in – but all hope is not lost! This is why we choose to make considerable donations to hospitals in every community we build in! Our VP, Rob Baruch, has taken a particular interest in North York General Hospital and is even the chairman of their hospital board.
