The holidays are wonderful for a myriad of reasons. Many are lucky enough to take time off from work to spend time with friends and family at home, while others pack their bags and jet off to a warm beach for their break. It’s during this time of year that we think back on all the things we’re lucky to have in our lives, and more importantly, those who may not be as lucky. While the holiday season is certainly about celebrations, it’s more so about giving, whether it’s giving gifts to your loved ones, or giving back to the community. This is something we at Paradise Developments take joy in doing every holiday season.

When choosing decor for your holiday party you can go one of two ways. You can choose traditional accents, or try something totally new – it just depends what aesthetic and vibe you’re going for this year. Both are great in their own way. Traditional holiday decor is obviously classic, you can’t really go wrong. However, modern or quirky decor is a lot of fun and will mix things up. You’ll have to choose traditional vs. new for all aspects of your holiday decor from the tree to the wrapping to the table settings. To give you a head start we’ve put together a collection of lots of different holiday place settings to inspire you.
While the presents under your Christmas tree offer a lot of intrigue, the most exciting gift-opening moments often comes from delving into your stocking. You’re not quite sure what you’re going to find, but it’s usually great, or at the very least unexpected. Stocking stuffers can be anything! Sweet treats, nice necessities, and quirky or luxe little extras. They may not be the biggest gifts you receive on Christmas (unless a diamond ring is hidden amongst the socks), but they’re definitely a lot of fun to open! Here are some ideas for his, hers, and kids stocking stuffers.
