One event that really makes the city’s diversity shine is Taste of Downtown Brampton. This 2 week event takes you on a trip around the globe, getting to enjoy a variety of different cuisines, from different restaurants all over the city. Here are some highlights for Taste of Downton Brampton 2017.

Carve on Lot 5 offers a contemporary menu that really makes fresh ingredients sing. Their prix fixe menu features a Plant Lovers option that includes vegan eggplant lasagna and chocolate chip cookie dough coconut ice cream! Yum!

La Capannina is the place to go for traditional Italian cooking and perfect for families looking to enjoy a warm atmosphere. For Taste of Brampton you can look forward to penne alla vodka and a classic Italian dessert of chocolate tartufo.

This Brampton spot does island cuisine right. Their menu offers traditional and tasty meals, such as roti and curry that you can tell are made with love.

Macaronz is a Parisian-style bakery with lots of authentic and delicious sweet treats to offer. For Taste of Downtown Brampton they’ll be offering a weekend high tea that includes French quiche, and of course tasty French desserts like cream scones, macarons, and shortbreads.
